Which journal is right for me?

If you’re seeking a calm space with guided questions to process your thoughts and feelings, deepen your self-awareness, and nurture your mental well-being and growth, Every Season of Me is the one for you.

Is the Every Season of Me Journal available as a physical copy?

At the moment, Every Season of Me is available only as a digital PDF. If you’d love to see a physical version, let us know as your interest helps us bring it to life sooner!

ORDERING

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

If your order has not been fulfilled yet, we may be able to cancel it or make changes, so do reach out to us as soon as possible after placing your order.

However, as we strive to keep our fulfillment process efficient, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will always be possible. Do double-check that your order information is accurate before completing your purchase to avoid any issues.

Cancellations are not offered for digital products due to their instant download nature.

Do you accept wholesale or bulk orders?

Shipping & Delivery

Where are you based and do you ship internationally?

We are based in Singapore and we ship internationally to select countries.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For digital products, you will receive an email for you to download the PDF instantly after purchase. For orders of our physical products, the time it takes depends on your location.

  • Domestic orders (within Singapore): 2-6 business days
  • International orders: 4-20 business days (do specify your shipping address when placing your order for a more accurate estimate)

The above timeframe includes our processing time (1-3 business days) and the courier's delivery time. Kindly note that all delivery timeframes are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding as your order makes its way to you.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will be shown the shipping cost during checkout before making your payment.

Do I need to pay import taxes and customs fees?

If you’re placing an international order (from outside Singapore), customs fees, import taxes, or other charges may apply upon arrival in your country. These fees vary depending on your country’s regulations, and you will be responsible for paying them if they apply. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order to ensure a smooth delivery process.

The above does not apply for countries in the European Union (EU). All orders shipped to countries in the EU will be delivered duty paid (DDP). This means that import taxes and duties will be prepaid in advance.

What do I do if my package is marked as delivered but I did not receive it?

Kindly confirm that your delivery address is correct, and we also suggest checking with your family members, neighbors, or residence concierge to see if they’ve received the parcel on your behalf. Do also check your mailbox as smaller parcels may be delivered there instead of directly to your doorstep. If you have security cameras, do review them for any signs of porch piracy as well.

If you’re still unable to locate your parcel, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us. We’ll do our best to assist by checking with the courier. Please note, however, that we are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen.

Where can I find my digital journal after purchase?

After purchase, you will receive an email with a link to access the PDF of your digital journal. Do note that this is a separate email from the order confirmation email.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for physical products, which means you can request a return anytime within 14 days of receiving your item (including the day it arrives and the 14th day).

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The cost of the item will be refunded once it’s been received and inspected. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns are not accepted for digital products due to their instant download nature.

Do you accept exchanges?

At the moment, we’re unable to process direct exchanges due to logistical reasons. If you’d like to make an exchange, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order. Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Exchanges are not accepted for digital products due to their instant download nature.
