When will I get my order?
As this journal is currently on preorder, they will only be shipped out by early-March 2026. The following timeframe starts after your order has been shipped.
For domestic orders (within Singapore), you will receive your order within 2-6 business days. For international orders, you will receive your order within 4-20 business days (you will be shown a more accurate estimate when you specify your shipping address during checkout).
Once your order has shipped, you will also receive an email with further information.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will be shown the shipping cost during checkout before making your payment.
What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, and in their original condition and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The cost of the item will be refunded once it’s been received and inspected. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
